Refund, Exchange and Returns Policies
Within 30 days of receiving your online order, we offer refunds subject to the following conditions:
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
All products must be sent to our workshop in Panama City, Panama, and must be received there in order to proceed with any refund, exchange or return.
In the case of backorder items, refunds are offered without exception.
Refunds are applicable to full price items only not to discounted items.
All refund, exchange, or return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
Sale Items
Sale items applying for refunds are only eligible for a gift card equal to the amount paid, not to the original price on display before discount.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned to us in the original condition that you received it. Original condition means unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.
Exchanges
At LOGUNOVA we are committed to customer satisfaction. Our exchanges depend on stock. In case the size you are looking for is out of stock, our customer service team will help you as a matter of priority.
In the case of backorder items, exchanges will take an additional 7 days..
Shipping is at the cost of the customer.
Faulty Items
All faulty items are elegible for refund or exchange. If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team at info@logunovabrand.com with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority. In the case of a faulty item, shipping costs will be paid by us.
Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All funds should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of being processed. If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original form of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in case the fees were not paid in advance.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
